Very Good
One of a kind, unique, incredible service-oriented, welcoming and kind staff! Would rate them 12+ out of 10. ;) The room was clean and comfortable, everything you need is offered.
While chilling on the pool side, we ordered the Nachos from the menu of Hunt. However, few hours later both me and my partner started to feel very sick and we ended up spending the whole evening, night, and morning on the toilet. Therefore, unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy any of the comfort and facilities offered. When checking out the FO employee didn’t ask how are stay was, which surprised us as everything else staff related was exceptional, but we informed her about our food poisoning after which she went away to get a colleague and he apologised. Nevertheless, because everything else was arranged so perfectly, we would at least expect to get some kind of little gesture as we couldn’t enjoy anything during our stay due to the food poisoning. Could have been a refund at least for the spoiled food, or offering a bottle of water or some fruit for our 3,5 hours Ferry trip to Coron that they booked for us which was of course not going to be a nice trip due to our stomach cramps.

Great room close to the action. The private beach of the hotel was outstanding. Very friendly staff and management.
There is no elevator/lift in the hotel - but it was a good workout for us :)
